Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

Returns allowed only for damage, leakage, or wrong delivery. Report within 48 hours with photos. Items must be unused and unopened. Refunds/replacements in 7–10 days. Used items aren’t eligible.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including opened or used skincare products.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at iraessentials.natural@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9154383299 with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: opened or used products, products without original packaging, gift cards, and promotional items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at iraessentials.natural@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
